@Ohsweken Spdway • (May 27, 2015) – Ohsweken, Ontario – Ohsweken Speedway’s 20th season of racing continues this Friday, May 29 when Corr/Pak Merchandising presents the third round of the track’s 2015 weekly racing series.

The Corr/Pak Merchandising 360 Sprint Car, Strickland’s GMC Crate Sprint Car, Affordable Towing & Recovery Thunder Stock, HRW Automotive Mini Stock, & Gale’s Auto Aftermarket Bomber divisions will all be part of the show.

CORR/PAK MERCHANDISING 360 SPRINT CARS
Mitch Brown got the 360 Sprint Car feature win last Friday, but was assessed a points penalty after the race. 2008 track champion Keith Dempster kept his lead in the championship standings as a result, while Todd Hoddick, Dane Lorenc, Conor Mahoney, and Cory Turner make up the rest of the top 5. Tyler Hendricks leads Lee Winger, Kris Root, and Ryan Turner in the Rookie of the Year standings.

STRICKLAND’S GMC CRATE SPRINT CARS
Aaron Turkey won the Crate Sprint Car feature last Friday, and moved into a tie for the championship points lead with May 15 winner Alex Hill. Mark Czuba and Dylan Westbrook are tied for the third spot in the standings, while Jake Brown rounds out the top 5. Hill has the lead in the Rookie of the Year standings, followed by Steve Lyons, Mack DeMan, and Ed Green.

AFFORDABLE TOWING & RECOVERY THUNDER STOCKS
Dave Bailey led only one lap of the Thunder Stock feature last Friday, but it was the most important one. Bailey’s feature win combined with Chris Dickie’s runner-up finish moved those two drivers into a tie for the lead in the championship standings, while defending champ Dave Silverthorn, Jr. is third, but just 2 points behind. Dereck Lemyre and Dale Gyokery make up the remainder of the current top 5. Alex Schuts has the lead in the Rookie of the Year standings over Brandon McFerran, Jeremy May, and Jerry Hill.

HRW AUTOMOTIVE MINI STOCKS
A trio of rookies are leading the way in the Mini Stock championship standings. Gillian Hils got the feature win last Friday night and leads Jake Bazuin by just 1 point, while Jason Dixon is third, just 5 points behind Bazuin. 2004 track champion Doug Erskine is 4th in the standings, with opening night feature winner Jason Lungaro holding the 5th spot. Shone Evans, Trevor Young, and Andy Ryckman are among the other drivers in the hunt for the Rookie of the Year award behind Hils, Bazuin, and Dixon.
