In 2010, the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador partnered with Targa Newfoundland to raise funds and awareness for Autism. It was such a successful event that we have continued our relationship for 2012 and hopefully many years to come.
I’m sure you are aware of the popularity of this race as drivers come from all over the world to participate. If not, please visit Targa’s website at www.targanewfoundland.com for more information. Targa Newfoundland is the first and only event of its kind to be held in North America. At eleven years young, every aspect of our high end automotive adventure just keeps getting better. Targa is set to run September 8th – 15th, 2012.
The Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Autism Disorder (ASD). The society owns and operates the Elaine Dobbin Centre for Autism in St. John’s and has branches in Clarenville, Grand Falls-Windsor and Corner Brook. Our website is www.autism.nf.net.
As a member of the Business community dedicated to capacity building, we hope you will support our joint annual event.
The Targa Newfoundland Gala Awards Ceremony is the exclamation point on an exciting week of racing all across Newfoundland. As the official charity of Targa Newfoundland, all of the proceeds from the silent auction will go towards helping to fund programs and services offered by the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador all across this province.
We are hoping you will support our annual fund raising event by a donation of an item or service to the silent auction. We thank you for your consideration of this request and look forward to hearing from you.
