Thomson will race as an unofficial teammate to JR Fitzpatrick, who will also be making his first start of the season in a JENCO Equipment sponsored car, owned by series veteran Roy Passer. Finally, after missing the bulk of the 2012 season, Port Elgin, ON driver Brandon Vanderwel will return to the tour as he continues his search for his first career OSCAAR win.
