The fourth qualifier ended in contact, with Chase Wilson spinning Emms in turns three and four as the pair battled for the lead. Kamrath continued to move forward, passing Keen for third on Lap 4, as Schrenk ran fifth in front of Batty and Newman, with Walters alongside Townsend for eighth. With 30 laps to go, Kamrath led Watson, Reinhart, Keen, Batty, Newman, Schrenk, Emms, Townsend, Gignac, Beatty, Liscum, Chase Wilson, and Wally Wilson, and Robb.
