CAYUGA, ONTARIO (March 1, 2014) – The Pro Bike & Sled Series is pleased to announce the return of Wiseco Performance Products as title sponsor for the motorcycle and snowmobile drag racing series.

This is the fourth year that the PBSS has been presented by Wiseco, a name synonymous with pistons, especially pistons for off-road racing and riding.

“We are pleased Wiseco is returning to the PBSS,” noted Director of Operations Bruce Mehlenbacher. “Wiseco has been very supportive of the PBSS over the past several years and is a perfect fit for this popular series. Wiseco has been part of both the PMRA and Quick 32 Sportsman Series program since the inception of these racing series.”

After 70 years in the business, Wiseco has attained that instant brand recognition as one of the few manufacturers of forged pistons within the USA. It carries a full line of performance products including Forged Pistons, Precision Forged Clutch Baskets and Hubs, Crankshafts, Camshafts, Forged Connecting Rods, Valves, and other accessories for just about any motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, PWC, outboard marine, or automotive application on the market.

“Working with Bruce and his group over the past few years has been an excellent marketing tool for us,” noted Wiseco Piston Canada’s Harvey Silverthorn. “It is a great venue for us to showcase our products, and we are pleased once again to be a part of the PBSS.”

Pitting Pro Motorcycles against Pro Sleds in a Sportsman race environment, the PBSS will continue to race at a variety of facilities in 2014, starting May 16-18 with the RPM Magazine / Lucas Oil Spring Blowout at the Grand Bend Motorplex, the first of six races for the Series.
