Varney ON (May 26)-   – There was a chill in the air but the action on the track was nothing but hot at Full Throttle on Friday with no less than three drivers winning both their feature races.

Top this off with free two seater rides and a motorcycle King of The Hill at intermission fans continue to be more than entertained each and every race night.  Also joining fans at the track this past week where Inside Track and Inside Motorcycle Magazine with tons of give a ways and prizes.

In Jr Late Model it was all #49 Hayden Sim from London working his way through the pack to pick up his first two checker flags of the season.  In a strange twist both features this night had an identical top 5.  Second in both features went to #44 Jacob Campbell from London, third #15 Kaysla Zemcho, fourth #14 Cody Wilds from Exeter and rounding out the top five #25 Travis Placzek from Grand Valley.

Mini Stock action continued to see the dominate #63 Brandon Crumbie from Cookstown take both features.  In feature one he was followed by #36 Cory Young from Owen Sound, #35 Bobby Tolton from Rockwood, #86 Nick Clarke of Mount Forest and rounding out the top five # 7 Paul Boyd from Harriston.  In feature two second this time was #35 Tolton, third # 36 Young, fourth # 34 T.J. Edwards from Fergus and rounding out the top 5 again was #7 Paul Boyd.

The last double feature winner of the night was just picking up where he left off last season, Outlaw Late Model 2014 points champion #11 Cole Weber from New Hamburg continued to prove he is the driver to bet at the top level on the highbanks.  The wins in both features did not come easy though as #40 Mark Dixon from Durham gave Weber all he could handle in both heats coming in second, proving that a little midweek testing can pay off on race night.  In feature one third went to #00 Trevor Thompson from Elmira, fourth #23 Paul Milligan from Inisfill, fifth #36 Gary Elliott from Waterdown.  Feature two third place was #23 Milligan, fourth #00 Thompson and rounding out the top five #36 Elliott.

Fun Stocks, always a fan favourite continued to show just how intense and competitive this division is.  In feature one it was #25 Brain Wilson from Rockwood getting out in front and cursing to checker ahead of #73 Sherri McIntyre from Bayfield, third #32 Ben Klages from Hanover, fourth #84 Andrea Parsons from Clifford and rounding out the top five #34 Alex Hastie from Durham.  Feature two saw #9 Sandy Eccles from Mount Forest return to his winning ways followed by #5 Jeramy Duguay from Hanover, third #34 Hastie, fourth #25 Wilson and in fifth #14 Luke Bos from Conn.
