Sauble Beach, ON (July 6, 2017)- ADAMS Motorsports is certainly enjoying the success coming their way right now as they picked up another top-five finish this past weekend at Sauble Speedway.
Throughout qualifying, Luke Gignac showed speed behind the wheel of the No. 99 Modified, picking up the heat victory in one of the two events.
Due to winning last week’s feature, he would have to start seventh this past weekend. Despite being sent to the back at one point due to contact with a fellow competitor, he was still able to make his way to the front, ultimately crossing the finish line in the fifth position.
With the fourth straight top-five of the season, Gignac currently sits second in the OSCAAR standings, three points behind Cory Horner.
ADAMS Motorsports and Gignac will be back in action later on this month, as part of a double-header weekend. They will make their second stop of the season at Kawartha Speedway on July 21, followed by the Full Throttle Motor Speedway make-up event on July 23.
ADAMS Motorsports is proud to be supported by PBS Motors and Pumps, Fox’s Bakery and Deli, OTD Building Supplies, Wolseley Canada, Dave Wiggins Custom Exhaust, Heritage Heating, Wix Filters, TSS Top Shops, Morton Metals, and Dwinnells Family Movers.
