Peterborough, ON (May 31, 2017)- Jordan Hanna has already proven that he’s one to watch in the OSCAAR Pro Midgets, as he scored his second career feature victory on Saturday night at Peterborough Speedway.

Starting on pole for the first heat, Daniel Hawn led flag-to-flag en route to scoring his second career heat victory. Cassidy Marsh finished second after passing Rob Summers on Lap 6, with Katherine Summers rounding out the top-four. James Stanley finished fifth, followed by Brody Rickwood. Notably, Adrien Kemps failed to finish after running second early, while Jordan Hanna failed to start.

After missing the first heat, Jordan Hanna led flag-to-flag in heat two for the victory ahead of Cassidy Marsh, Rob Summers, Katherine Summers, Brody Rickwood and James Stanley. Daniel Hawn ran in the top-four early, but finished seventh after problems on Lap 6, while Kemps ran into issues on Lap 2.

The feature got off to a messy start, with three-wide racing between Daniel Hawn, Katherine Summers and Cassidy Marsh resulting in Summers catching some air, driving up onto Marsh slightly. Both summers and Marsh sustained enough damage to not even complete the opening lap.

Notably, Owen Elliott was on hand with his new pro midget, but was unable to race due to issues in practice.
