March 8, 2012 (Dundas, ON) – Grisdale Racing Products recently launched its new website, and the reviews remain positive. GrisdaleRacingProducts.com replaced the old domain earlier this off-season, and if the winter is any indication the crew is in for a busy spring.
“The new site has nearly everything the grassroots racer could need,” said Thatcher Krupp who has been with the company more than 20 years.”The catalogues are the most functional that I’ve seen, and the site gives us a more interactive relationship with our customers than ever.
“The biggest improvement is the amount of new information we are able to share. The site gets updated frequently, and between tech articles and updated news our visitors see something new every time.”
Seven different catalogues feature updated pricing, and racers can view in detail the different options available to them before calling with their orders. Technical articles are updated on a weekly basis covering topics from basic body mounting tips for late model teams to more advanced technical tips on various components.
The Dundas, ON retailer stopped short of online shopping, but the reason is simple.
“Even though online shopping is extremely popular we want to maintain a personal relationship with our customers,” said owner Bill Grisdale. “We’ve built our reputation on being knowledgeable and helpful, and we want to make sure we bring in exactly what the customer is looking for.
“Dave Trendell and Thatcher do a great job ensuring the customers are treated right. We want to make sure the racer can get any information they need on the website, and then they want to show them the best service they’ll find anywhere.”
Grisdale Racing Products is a distributor for American Racer Tires along with various other brands in the motorsports industry. If you want your car featured on the website, visit our Facebook page by searching Grisdale Racing in Facebook or email Adam at adamross@grisdale.com.
