@OSCAARracing •(January 24, 2017)- Following a successful season, ADAMS Motorsports celebrated their accomplishments at the OSCAAR Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 21.

Making the move up to the OSCAAR Modifieds, Luke Gignac came out strong all year round en route to finishing second in the standings. Gignac managed to score nine top-10 feature finishes to go with five heat victories.

On top of being called-up for his runner-up points finish, Gignac received two more awards on the night.

Throughout the whole year, Gignac showed respect to his fellow drivers on and off the track, and was rewarded by his peers for his efforts with the Sportsman of the Year Award.

Additionally, Gignac’s incredible rookie campaign earned him the Rookie of the Year Award.

With the final wrap now put on the 2016 season, focus has already began to shift to 2017 with preparation in high gear for the upcoming season. The team has already began to resign sponsors for the upcoming year, with details and announcements set to come in the coming days.
