MILLGROVE, ON – If you witnessed the action on October 5 in the Mini Trucks and Jr Late Models at Flamboro Speedway’s Frostoberfest, you would have been assured that the future of motorsports is in good hands, with lots of talented drivers.

Mason Colver proved his talent in the first Mini Truck feature, taking the lead at the halfway mark, after a stellar battle with Kevin Stark through the first 10 laps. Hayden Sim made his way through the traffic to second at the same time that Colver took the lead, but was never able to make the move to get the top spot for himself. Caleb Goertz completed the podium ahead of Quinn Goertz and Stark.
Carson Sim, who has won several truck races previously, was sixth this time around, in front of Del Freiburger, Dylan Graham, Nik Thuss, and Tyson Fiest. Keisha Zimoch, Alexander Klotz, and Rick Basket rounded out the field of 13.

The second feature saw another great battle at the top of the leaderboard, with the Sim family sweeping the top-two spots, as Hayden Sim led Carson Sim across the finish line. Quinn Goertz was third this time around, ahead of Caleb Goertz and Alexander Klotz.
Rick Basket came out better in the later feature, placing sixth, in front of Nik Thuss, Kaisha Zimoch, Kevin Stark, and Del Freiburger. Mason Colver did not fair as well, scoring an 11th-place finish, followed by Tyson Fiest and Dylan Graham.
Judah Buesink was a man on a mission, picking up the Jr Late Model feature win, ahead of Grayson Masson, Miya Ford, Paiton Hamilton, Broday Coates, and Hunter Fiest.
