@FlamSpeedway • MILLGROVE, ONTARIO, May 4, 2015– Flamboro Speedway has been given the go-ahead to resume racing this coming Saturday as originally planned.
After the unfortunate freak accident that took place on opening night at Flamboro Speedway, there was an investigation. Six people were reported injured, and taken to hospital, and have since been released.
Now that the investigation is over, Flamboro has been given the go-ahead to re-open its gates on Saturday May 9, 2015.
For the fans who still have their ticket voucher from this past weekend, if you bring it to the track this weekend, you will get in for half price.
Larissa Spencer and Cheryl Rutherford have created an event on Facebook called “Pack The Stands.” This is to encourage race fans to bring out their friends, family and anyone else they might know to the races on Saturday nights. This is to help gain attendance and show support for John Casale and Flamboro Speedway.
This weekend’s events include Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks, Thunder Cars, Pro Late Models, also featuring the Ontario Pro Challenge. Green flag will drop at 7:00 PM.
Please check the website (www.flamborospeedway.ca) for more information.
