BROCKVILLE, ON (October 2, 2017)- There won’t be a driver anywhere in the place who doesn’t want it.

Scoring a win at the 2017 edition of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals running October 13 and 14 at Brockville Ontario Speedway, is the goal of every driver who’ll tow a racecar through the pit gates. Eight different racing divisions will fight it out on the popular 3/8-mile clay oval over two days of action, looking to claim the hardware, honour and prestige that comes with a championship at the season-ending motorsports spectacular.

Things get rolling Friday, October 13 with the Big Block Mods, Sportsman Modified and Pro Stock Mr. DIRTcar divisions, along with the Vintage Mods, starting at 7:00. Saturday, October 14, it’s the 358 Modifieds, an Open 360 Sprint Car show, Street Stocks and Mini Stocks with a 5:00 green flag. Brockville Speedway owner and promoter Paul Kirkland says there will be more on the line this year than ever before.

“The Mr. DIRTcar championships for the Small Block, Sportsman Modifieds and Pro Stocks will be decided at The BOS,” Kirkland said. “The Small Block and Sportsman divisions will also run the final events in the Ogilvie’s Auto & Fleet Quad Crown Series. In total, we’ll be handing-out titles for five different titles; plus, the Northeast Fall Nationals crowns.”

Kirkland says that in addition to a couple of days of great racing, there will also be live entertainment. Friday, Chuck D’Aoust of Runaway Cowboys will be on the Turn 4 stage from 2:00 ‘til 4:00, with Healy & Orr at 10:00. Ambush kicks things off Saturday at 2:00, with the Fall Nationals ‘After the Races’ Party and Bonfire with the Will Scott Trio at 10:00 on the Turn 4 Stage. There’ll be mechanical bull riding trials from noon ‘til 4:00 both days, as well as reps from Inside Track Motorsport News and Loud & Dirty Apparel in the Fan Zone.

Make plans now to take-in the eighth annual edition of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals – a Craig Revelle Tribute presented by St. Lawrence Radiology and Rez X Racing and sponsored by 103.7 BOB-FM, The Brockville Recorder & Times and CKWS-TV. Catch all the excitement Friday and Saturday, October 13th and 14th at Brockville Ontario Speedway.
