STROUD, ON (August 31, 2017)- Running upfront once again throughout the feature, Eric Yorke was credited with a runner-up finish on Saturday night at Sunset Speedway.
The DY Racing driver was fast from the get-go, placing second and first in his pair of heats.
Starting 10th for the 25-lap feature, he began to make his way forward, battling side-by-side with Joe Dunlop with just eight laps complete. He got the spot, followed by passing Josh Bullen two laps later to move up into fourth. He would move up to third on Lap 15, where he remained for the remainder of the feature, despite being challenged for the position constantly.
Although he crossed the finish line in third, he was credited with second as a result of a post-race disqualification.
Yorke and DY Racing are proud to be supported by Can-Alignment Motorsports, Solex Steel, Partimer Signs, Skytec Rentals, Budget Tire, Scentsy Consultant – Lisa DeLeeuw, and Cabral Racing Promotions.
