PETERBOROUGH, ON – It was an all-Bradley celebration in victory lane at the Autumn Colours Classic, as Dave Bradley won the feature as his brother Mike Bradley clinched the Outlaw Midgets presented by Canadian Tire Innisfil championship.
Larry Lawson won the first heat ahead of Mike Bradley, Glenn Raymond, Mike Bradley, Mikey Homewood, and Dave Inglis. Derek Millman and Richard Woodland failed to finish.
Nick Spiez was victorious in the second qualifier in front of Rob Harrison, Jason Semple, Fred Homewood, Rob McCall, Kayla Semple, and Kevin Spiez. Jason Metcalfe did not finish.
Mike Bradley won the third heat ahead of Lawson, Mike Bradley, Mike Homewood, Inglis, and Millman. Raymond and Woodland failed to finish.
Nick Spiez went for the daily double in front of Kayla Semple, Jason Semple, McCall, Metcalfe, Kevin Spiez, Fred Homewood, and Rob Harrison.
Come time for the main event, Jason Semple led the field to green flag and jumped out to the early advantage ahead of the field. Though as the laps added up in the board, he was reeled in by Dave Bradley and Nick Spiez with both drivers hoping to take the advantage. Spiez tried to get around him a couple times, though was unable to. Instead, Bradley took advantage with the move into second.
Dave Bradley led the final laps en route to scoring the victory, with Nick Spiez and Jason Semple completing the podium. Larry Lawson was fourth, with Mike Bradley placing fifth to clinch the series championship. Rob Harrison capped off his year with a sixth in front of Rob McCall, Richard Woodland, Jason Metcalfe, and Kevin Spiez.
Glenn Raymond was 11th followed by Kayla Semple and Dave Inglis. Fred Homewood and Mikey Homewood were 14th and 15th, respectively, after experiencing car issues. Derek Millman completed the field after tipping the car over on its side on the opening lap.
