January 17, 2018 // Toronto, Ontario, Canada- The Raceline Radio Network, Canada’s only nationally syndicated motorsport radio program and Canada’s recognized National Radio Motorsport Authority, is extremely proud to announce Continental Tire Canada Incorporated has signed on as a broadcast partner for the 2018 racing season.
In addition to a full marketing presence within each nationally broadcast Raceline Radio program, Continental Tire will be the headline sponsor of Raceline’s weekly sportscar racing report, adding value to Continental’s already vibrant involvement in motorsport as title sponsor of the IMSA Continental SportsCar challenge.
“We are very excited indeed to partner with Erik Tomas and The Raceline Radio Network across Canada,” stated Continental Tire Canada Inc. National Marketing Manager Okan Sen. “Our racing program is instrumental in our research for building superior street tires for our customers. And while our global sales reach is well established, The Raceline Radio Network, with its listener base and over 25 years on the air will help increase our brand awareness in North America and will add value to our investment in the sport with increased racing exposure across Canada,” Sen added.
“It’s tremendous to have Continental Tire Canada Inc. on the air with us for 2018! Continental has such a rich and successful heritage in the sport,” commented Raceline Radio Network anchor and producer Erik Tomas. “SportsCar racing is rapidly gaining popularity with race fans, so the timing of this partnership is perfect to get the awareness of the Continental brand to more fans and potential customers from coast to coast. And since we already have a partnership with Continental’s Elite Brand of aftermarket products and their renowned Poly V Drive Belts, this partnership with their tire manufacturing will help solidify communication between the divisions,” Tomas continued.
Continental Tire Canada Incorporated joins The Raceline Radio Network officially the week of January 21st, 2018.
The Raceline Radio Network is distributed and marketed by Rogers Communications.
