@bos_speedway • Brockville, ON (June 22, 2015)- It’s been all about winning races this year at Brockville Ontario Speedway.

With seven events complete, the headline small block modified division has seen seven different drivers take a main event checkered flag and multi-time track champion Danny O’Brien only found his way to the winner’s circle Saturday, June 20. Even in the Sportsman Modified field, there has yet to be a repeat feature winner as Dylan Evoy became the latest to claim his first victory of the year.

Track owner/promoter Paul Kirkland says it’s great to see the feature wins being spread around.

“In past seasons, we’ve had different drivers get on a hot streak and win a few races in a row but this year, it seems like everyone is getting a chance,” said Kirkland. “The fans love it and it has really created some excitement in the pit area on Saturday nights.”

Summer’s first ‘official’ show at the popular 3/8th mile clay oval on Temperance Lake Road, just north of Brockville is Saturday, June 27 with the second event of the Ogilvie’s Auto and Fleet Service Triple Crown, presented by 103.7 BOB FM. 358 Modified teams will battle for 50 action packed laps, with the Sportsman Modified division fighting it out for a 40 lap main event.

Also on the show will be the DIRTcar Rookie Sportsman, Street Stocks and 4 Cylinder Rookies. Gates will open at 5:00 and racing gets underway with Modified and Sportsman time trials at 7:00.
