NEWARK, DE – VP Racing Fuels has reached agreement with Series Owner Tom Curley to fuel both the ACT Late Model Series in New England, the Serie ACT in Canada and Thunder Road Speedway in Barre, Vermont.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Tom through 2015,” said Jim Kelly, Eastern Regional Manager-Racing Fuels. “Tom’s racing programs in the U.S. and Canada are very popular and feature some of the best racing on asphalt.”

As part of VP’s sponsorship program, C9 and VP110 are VP’s approved fuels for the ACT Tour.

“2012 was our first year fueling both series and Thunder Road,” Kelly added. “The racing was great and the engine builders and racers really liked using the new fuels.”

“When I raced I looked for every performance advantage, so when two items cost the same but one made more power it was easy to make the power choice,” Kelly continued. “C9 will make more power than VP110 and the other purple fuels on the market, so the teams that opt for C9 will have the power advantage. C9 is not oxygenated – we just used good ol’ VP technology to do what we do best! We encourage anyone with a tech question regarding ACT or any racing discipline to contact Freddie Turza at 302.521.1767 or fturza@vpracingfuels.com.”

The ACT Tour opened at Lee, New Hampshire in April and the Serie ACT in Quebec opens May 25th at Autodrome Montmagny. For additional information visit acttour.com, vpracingfuels.com or call VP direct at 302.368.1500.
