Jackson Maytum, five time winner this season in Novice 2

@Merrittville • (June 29, 2016) THOROLD, ONTARIO – The month of June closed out at Merrittville Speedway with three Lucas Oil Weekly Karting Series Drivers winning their second features of 2016.

First to add a second St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Feature Win Sticker rookie Christopher Crowe who won his second straight Vansickle Pet Valu Novice 1 Feature.

Jumping ahead to the Cassell Manufacturing Senior Fun Division – Brett Stratford also won his second straight 20 lap Event to close the night.

Jackson Maytum also won his second straight Tim Phillips Garage St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Novice 2 Feature – his fifth of the season in nine starts.

Also winning for the second time was Owen Kaiser in the RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 Division.

In other Performance Manufacturing Divisional action, Donny Lampman won for the fourth time of the season in the Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 Division. Dalton Slack took home his fifth Feature in the Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Division while Travis Majuery continues to lead all karters after winning his sixth Feature in the Wilder Racing Engines Senior Animal Division.
