BOWMANVILLE, ON (May 18, 2019)- The Horseless Carriage Club of America (VCCA) will be joining us at the VGP on June 15! The HCCA will be arriving around 10 in the morning to off-load their cars and then go for a “bit of a drive” in and around the Kawarthas.

They plan on returning to CTMP around 3pm to place their cars on display and then at 4pm they will take a couple of parade laps around the Mosport Grand Prix Circuit.

While all automobiles are Horseless Carriages, the HCCA has defined the Horseless Carriage as any pioneer gas, steam and electric motor vehicle built or manufactured prior to January 1, 1916.

The goal of the Horseless Carriage Club is to preserve the originality or restore these automobiles to their original condition, use them for their original purpose of driving and completing tours, and promote the preservation of their historical value. Much the same way that VARAC preserves, restores and then races vintage, historic and classic racing cars…

We are quite excited to have these beautiful vehicles join us on June 15. For more information about the HCCA please contact go to their website at www.hccaontario.ca.
