Little Britain, ON (January 25, 2014)- The Canadian Motorsport Expo will preview the TRIUMPH vs MG CAN-AM SHOWDOWN. CME show goers can catch a glimpse of the Featured Event for the VARAC – 2014 Canadian Historic Grand Prix on tap for June 13-15, 2014 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
Stop by the VARAC booth and the display area to learn more about the fastest growing segment in racing today – Vintage and Historic Racing. Check out the beauty and simplicity of two well-prepared MG warriors, the 1946 MG TC owned and raced by Frank Mount and the 1956 MGA Sebring Racer of John Burgess.
This June, racing fans will be thrilled to witness a huge grid of swarming, fast Triumphs and MGs piloted by cunning and experienced drivers from across Canada and the US, returning to the home of motorsport in Canada, the Mosport Grand Prix Circuit. The decades old battle will rage once again as VARAC steps back in time to recreate the epic battle for sportscar supremacy between British manufacturers – Standard Triumph and MG Cars.
