Pendykoski Sweeps Kart Events For His Dad

@Merrittville •Wednesday July 20, 2016 THOROLD, ONTARIO – Merrittville Speedway’s 12th Kart Night of 2016 saw win streaks continue through all five Lucas Oil Weekly Karting Series Divisions Tuesday July 19th.

2016 Rookie Nigel Pendykoski – grandson of former Saturday Night Racer John Pendykoski was on a mission Tuesday Night – winning both of his qualifying heats and the 8 lap Feature for the Vansickle Pet Valu Novice 1 Division.

Pendykoski’s dad Mike was unable to see the performance as he was home recovering from day surgery.

Also on a mission was Cohen Corbett who won his second straight Tim Phillips Garage St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Novice 2 Feature as was two other drivers who won their fourth events of the season.

Owen Kaiser won his 4th straight RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 Feature – his 5th of the season while Jaedon Lawson also took home his 4th Feature Win in the Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 Division.

In other Performance Manufacturing Divisional action, Kyle Phillips won for the third time in the Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Division while in the Senior Divisions … John Farnan Lindberg won his second Cassell Manufacturing Senior Fun Feature of the season.
