#NASCAR • @CTMPOfficial • The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series released their 2015 schedule and are set to thunder into Canadian Tire Motorsport Park’s famous 3.957 km road course on Labour Weekend (August 30) with the third annual Chevrolet Silverado 250.
The 2014 edition runs this weekend (August 31) with four Canadians set to join the series regulars. Montreal natives Alex Tagliani and Ray Courtemanche Jr., Andrew Ranger of Roxton Pond and 18-year-old young gun Cameron Hayley of Calgary will be looking for victory on home soil. The 64-lap Chevrolet Silverado 250 gets the green flag at 1:54 pm and will air live on TSN5.
“We’re thrilled to welcome back the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series not only this weekend, but next Labour Day Weekend as well,” said Myles Brandt, President and General Manager of Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
“With NASCAR announcing the 2015 national series schedules this far in advance, it allows our corporate sponsors and fans to circle the date on their calendars now. After last season’s successful inaugural event, we can’t wait to end our major event season with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this weekend.”
“The 2015 NASCAR national series schedules promise to provide our fans with compelling competition and storylines they so richly deserve,” said Brian France, NASCAR Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
