NASCAR Canadian Tire Series regular Noel Dowler was very busy racing in Florida in February (2013). The Sherwood Park, Alberta driver took part in the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing at New Smyrna Speedway and the UNOH Battle at the Beach at Daytona International Speedway. Prior to Night #3 at New Smyrna, Spencer Lewis caught up with Dowler to talk about his outing in the Sunshine State.
