We recently had a chance to speak with Mount Brydges, ON driver Cole Powell about his 2013 efforts. The former Delaware Speedway regular is competing for Rookie of the Year honors this season on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. Powell will also be racing this Saturday (August 31st) at Delaware, as part of the track’s Great Canadian 200 event. In the interview, the second generation star talks about his fulltime commitment to the Whelen Modified tour, racing locally, his interest in the OSCAAR Super Late Model tour, the current Delaware Late Model roster, the most important lesson he’s learned in racing thus far and the most memorable moment of his career.
