Here’s our first look at Josh Gruntz’s ride for the 2015 season. After spending the entirety of 2014 on the sidelines, the Peterborough, ON driver will be back in competition with his family-owned Open Wheel Modified in select events across Ontario this season. Gruntz will race with both the OSCAAR Modified Tour as well as the Ontario Modified Racing Series throughout the summer. A full tour schedule will be released to his official Josh Gruntz Racing page on Facebook in the coming weeks. Marketing support for Gruntz’s return to competition will be provided by Dent Dynamics, Dan McHattie Racecars, Oktane Productions and Triben Entertainment. Former OSCAAR Super Late Model tour champion Brandon Watson has sent along this sneak peek of his template Super Late Model undergoing preparations for this Saturday’s ARCA/CRA Super Series event at Toledo Speedway. The Stayner, ON driver will compete fulltime with Ontario’s APC United Late Model Series presented by Grisdale Racing Products, and will utilize April 11th’s event as a lid-lifter to what promises to be a busy 2015 season for the third-generation star. Watson will carry sponsorship from Shear Metal Products and Knightworks Designs in the event. Here’s our first look at Josh Stade’s ride for the 2015 Sauble Speedway season. The Chesley, ON racer will look to chase his first career Ltd. Late Model championship, after a strong finish to the 2014 campaign that saw the second-generation competitor make a late-season trip to victory lane. ‘Prime Time’ has worked closely with setup expert Brian MacDonald throughout the off-season, and hopes to hit the ground running when the Sauble season opens on May 16th.
