CONCORD, NC – Long-time DIRTcar partner Hoosier Racing Tire has expanded the benefits of racing at DIRTcar-sanctioned race tracks and events as it plans to give away several tires to drivers who compete in Series races across the Northeast and Canada.

Super DIRTcar Series and DIRTcar Northeast Director Dean Reynolds is excited about the enhanced partnership, “We are thrilled to have Hoosier add to their already tremendous involvement with DIRTcar to include all four Series. From the Big Blocks to 358s, Sportsman and Pro Stocks, they all will now see Hoosier Racing Tire giveaways at every Series event for each division. Each of these giveaways just adds a little bit more to each event.”

The Super DIRTcar Series has utilized the proven Hoosier Racing Tire for their 100-lap events for many years. In 2019, the driver who draws the 12th starting position in the Dig Safely 811 Redraw will be awarded one free tire of their choice. Big-Block Modified driver Justin Haers received the first free tire of 2019 at Can-Am Speedway’s Thunder in the Thousand Islands 100.

Platinum drivers in the Super DIRTcar Series will also receive Hoosier tires throughout the season in a special points system. Once a driver reaches a certain threshold of points, they can pick up a free tire.

The newly unified DIRTcar 358 Modified Series has 13 rounds in 2019, so that means a minimum of 13 Hoosier tires will be handed out. One random driver out of the starting field will be chosen to receive the bonus tire. The 358 Modified Series gets its season started on Sunday, May 12, at Utica-Rome Speedway.

Hoosier Racing Tire has also agreed to one free tire at every Sportsman Modified Series race, including both combined and regional schedules. With the development of a points fund for the North, Central and West Regions, free tires are another welcome addition for DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series drivers competing for regional points. The Series gets underway on Friday, April 26, at Fulton Speedway for the High Bank Holdup 50.
