Grandstand and Pit Passes available during Saturday’s Bicknell Racing Products Open House

January 8, 2018, THOROLD, ONTARIO – With FREE Seminars and one day specials on select items including safety equipment – the annual Bicknell Racing Products Open House (Saturday January 13th) will surely kick start everyone’s 2018 racing seasons.

Drivers planning on competing in Merrittville Speedway’s Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Racing Series Divisions can confirm their Tuesday and/or Saturday Night plans as Driver VIP Passes, Kart Memberships, Grandstand and Pit Season Passes will be available for purchase at Pete’s Automotive (117 Cushman Road in St. Catharines)

Driver VIP Passes for competitors in the Pinty’s Delicious Foods 358 Modifieds, S&W Service Centre Sportsman, Hoosier Stocks, Wood Motor Company Modified Lites, Central Fabricating & Welding 4 Cylinders and the new Dave’s Auto & Speed Centre V6 Divisions are $250.00.

Sportsman and 358 Modified Drivers can also apply for their 2018 DIRTcar Memberships. Application Forms are available at https://www.dirtcarmembers.com/upload/2b1d02018.pdf

Celebrating the 25th Anniversary Season – Kart Memberships are $60.00 for Tuesday Night Competitors planning on competing in the Performance Manufacturing Line Up that includes the Designed Wright St. Catharines Discount Auto Parts Wilder Racing Engines Novice 1 and Novice 2, RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1, Quick Ink Custom Screen Printing Junior 2 and Southern Ontario Modified Lite Racing Association Senior Animal Divisions in addition to the Senior Fun and new for 2018 Micro Sprint Divisions.

General Admission Grandstand Season Tickets will remain at $245.00 for Children 13 to 18 and Seniors 60 years of age and older. For Adults – a General Admission Season Ticket is $265.00

Reserved Child and Senior Tickets are $265.00 while Adult Reserved are $295.00.

Pit Season Passes are $375.00 until March 1 when they increase to $450.00.

Racers and Race Teams can also make their purchases at the Speedway Office from 9 to 5 Mondays to Fridays by Cash, Debit or Credit – CASH ONLY will be accepted during the BRP Open House.

Merrittville Speedway will be in attendance in the Pete’s Automotive Showroom Area from 9 to 3:30 just ahead of the Prize Wheel Spins at will see one Sportsman, 358 or Big Block Driver go home with a 2018 Chassis.

Coming Events for Race Teams leading up to Merrittville Speedway’s 67th Season include:

Driver Meetings will be held Saturday February 10th at Club Castropignano

The Pen Centre Race Car Show will run from Monday March 12th to Sunday March 18th

The Seaway Mall Race Car Show is set for Tuesday April 3rd until Saturday April 7th
