The nights first of two features was a spectacle. The race was led early by Komoka driver Hayden Sim (49) and was being chased down by Kenny McNicol Jr (27) in a R&D mission for a new team. The pair nearly traded paint on a few occasions and swapped the lead in the process. While the duo fought tooth and nail. Rookie Chris Pallister (55) was looming and making up a lot of time. Soon, the two car dance became a trio and Pallister made quick of the two and took the lead with a handful of laps to go. Pallister in only his 3rd race of the season was the latest in first time winners in 2017. Kenny McNichol Jr. was victorious in the second feature event on the evening.

Jacob Campbell (44) was the night’s winner in both feature events on this night, But it didn’t come easy. Cody Wilds (14) was working the high and a threat to win in each event. However negotiating lapped traffic proved to be a challenge and was swept up by a lapped car ruining his evening.
OK Tire Woodstock Jr. A Sprints
Tyler Cullen (43) and Chase Cameron (4) were winners in the pair of feature events on this night. The division is so evenly matched and the front four cars race in such a tight formation, its always a tough race for the competitors.
McNichol Welding & Fabricating Jr. B Sprints
A tale of two teams highlights this division. The youngest drivers appear in this division, and while still learning the ropes, put on some thrilling races. The year has been dominated thus far by Brooke Pinsonneault (8) and Carter Nichol (6) and when the pair get into traffic, follower often runs down the leader and goes for a pass for the lead. The see-saw battle between the pair can cause goose bumps when approaching lap traffic. On this night, Brooke Pinsonneault won both feature races.
