For the second season in a row, Bumper to Bumper will be back on board the primary sponsor of the #74 NASCAR Pinty’s Series car of driver Kevin Lacroix. The company will also be the title sponsor of the series’ race at Nova Scotia’s Riverside International Speedway on August 19. Announcing the news, a press release from Bumper to Bumper discussed their support for Lacroix.

“A tremendous amount of hard work goes on behind the scenes to prepare for a full season in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series. Lucky for us, we have at the wheel of Bumper to Bumper’s number 74 race car, a talented driver in Kevin Lacroix and his dedicated team, who certainly kept us all entertained in a winning fashion back in 2016. Soon we will all see what he has planned as an encore for the upcoming season!

“The sound of the engines paired with the speed certainly captivate those in our network, but so does that affinity for the mechanical side of racing. With a ton of positive momentum, heading into the 2017 season, we placed a high priority on providing our network with special behind the scenes features and other aspects that are integral to the team’s success. Get ready to see some more wrench-turning, hanging around garages and dirty-fingernails work all needed to help make the car go fast. Yes, the 2017 season is shaping to take that excitement to the next level.

“This sponsorship is more than simply following our favourite driver around every lap at blistering speeds. By having our Bumper to Bumper logo on the number 74 race-car, all eyes will be glued on our brand, should they be able to keep up with our driver. There will be a total of 13 races in five Canadian provinces and we will be building brand image, credibility and prestige along the way. Our members, employees and fans will also be sporting some sweet gear in the form of a hat, the official team shirt with our brand’s name on it to let everyone know that the Sea of Red known as Bumper to Bumper is seeking a complete takeover. Little confusion on what your look should be on race day!

“We have decided to organize a tailgate party in selected markets to increase brand awareness and create a buzz. Kevin Lacroix will be made available to take pictures and sign autographs and his race car won’t be too far behind. Having the actual race car in different locations provides ample opportunity to bring individuals to your
location. These will take place in Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia. For dates and details, visit www.BumperToBumper.ca.

“The 2017 NASCAR Pinty’s Series season will open on Sunday, May 21st at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario. The series will once again feature an annual trip out west for three races next summer. Wyant Group Raceway in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, will offer something new with a pair of 100-lap events on Wednesday, July 26th and then travel to Alberta’s Edmonton International Raceway for a race on Saturday, July 29th. Kawartha Speedway in Fraserville, Ontario, will host the season finale for the 11th consecutive year on Saturday, September 16th.”
