FREDERICTON, NB – It was kids’ night at Speedway 660 on Saturday night and Hanwell Village Mart Bandolero driver Alexandra O’Blenis followed up a heat race win with a victory in her feature race. 2011 Bando champ Dana Hamm-Cameron finished second followed by Cole Tanner. Cole Boudreau won the other heat race.

Alexandra wasn’t the only member of the O’Blenis family who ended up a winner on kids night. Her father Dave won the caution-free A.L. Gullison Disaster Clean-up pro stock main event. O’Blenis took the checkers over Greg Fahey and Chris Duncan. Mike Kyle and Kevin Moore won the heat races and Duncan won the dash.

Mark Harris was a hat trick winner in the Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman Division. After winning his heat and dash, the second generation Fredericton Junction driver cruised to victory in the 30 lap feature. Dave Biggar finished second and Richard Atkinson settled for third. Jason Shannon was the winner of the other heat race.

Harris wasn’t the only hat trick winner at Speedway 660 on Saturday night. Roger Slocum completed the hat trick in the R.V. World street stock division. Josh Arbeau was second in the feature, followed by Shannon Brake. Peter Martin picked up the win in the other heat race.

Brad Moore took the checkers in an entertaining four cylinder feature. Mark Young finished second while Kevin Dunster rounded out the top three. Young and Scott Goodine won the heat races.

Next Saturday night at 7PM Speedway 660 hosts the Pro-All Star Series tour. The best pro stock teams in eastern North America will take to the track for a 200 lap race.
