@Sunset_Speedway • INNISFIL, Ontario (September 5, 2015) — In the pair of features at Sunset Speedway this past weekend, Terry Woodley would have a pair of great runs, finishing top-10 in both events.
Woodley would start off by finishing seventh in his heat on Saturday afternoon. With the redraw in place for the feature, he would start deep in the field for the 25-lap event.
He would begin his march through the field, though, cracking the top-10 around the halfway point of the feature. He would battle hard throughout the second half, finishing eighth.
On Sunday, he started off the afternoon by finishing fourth in his heat to automatically qualify for the 50-lap Mini Stock feature.
Starting the feature from the 11th spot, he would maintain the spot solidly against some of the best drivers from across Ontario, till the first caution at lap 21. He would crack the top-10 following the restart, moving up to ninth with 10 laps to go when one of his competitors ran into a problem.
He would battle hard throughout the final 10 laps after the restart, crossing the finish line for an eighth place finish. For Woodley, he now has posted a top-10 in the past 11 straight events.
