- Magazine Subscriptions
Should you ever be dissatisfied with your subscription, Inside Track Communications Inc. will issue a full refund for all remaining (unmailed) issues based on the rate for the term closest to when a subscription was cancelled. For example, for a 3-year subscription cancelled within the first year, the refund will be based on the average subscription rate of an issue on a 1-year term etc.
Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used to make the original purchase only, otherwise a credit towards other subscriptions or merchandise available through our website will be offered. - Merchandise
Returns or exchanges are accepted with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, and with the tags still attached (if applicable). You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria above. Sale items, items sold at a discount (including clearance items and items sold with a coupon code) and all accessories are final sale.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received a wrong item as a result of our error. All returns must be sent, via a trackable and prepaid method to:

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on any merchandise return or exchange. These fees apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received a wrong item as a result of our error.
Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase once we have received the merchandise back and verified its condition. Please allow one billing cycle from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
