Hard Work and Preparation Can Lead to Northeast Fall Nationals Success

@bos_speedway • Brockville, ON (October 4, 2015)- Burning the midnight oil. Keeping your nose to the grindstone. Putting your ducks in a row. Pick a cliché or come up with your own. Drivers in every division will do anything it takes to enter the history books as a winner of the biggest event on Brockville Ontario Speedway's schedule.

The 2015 edition of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals gets closer every day and as the season-ending extravaganza approaches, the anticipation continues to build. Friday, October 16th the Small Block Modifieds, Late Models and Street Stocks will thrill fans, with action starting at 7:00. Saturday, October 17th, it'll be Big Block, Sportsman Modifieds and Vintage Mods – along with a 40 lap 4 cylinder invitational. The first green flag waves at 4:00.

There'll be more than just racing during the weekend. Three live bands will entertain, kicking off Friday afternoon at 2:00 with crowd favourite Ambush. Abby Stewart, Saturday afternoon at 1:30 and Texas Tuxedos Saturday night at 10:00. This is the event the entire motorsports community has been talking about and looking forward to all year and it's just a couple of weeks away.

Two years after claiming the Mr. DIRTcar 358 Modified Championship, Mario Clair of Drummondville, Quebec became the first ever Northeast Fall Nationals winner in 2009. After finishing seventh in the points at Autodrome Granby and fifth in the final standings at Drummondville, his crew will have considerable resources to draw from as they prepare the #22C machine and the #22J of his brother, Gino Clair who was 11th and 5th at the same venues.

In the Big Block Modified ranks, the No. 2 car Troyer Racecars Heinke-Baldwin Racing tag-team of Matt Sheppard and Jimmy Phelps will have the experience of running the full Super DIRTcar Series trail, while also competing regularly for home track points at some of best-known layouts on the circuit.

Brockville Ontario Speedway is set to roar back to life at this year's edition of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals – a Craig Revelle Tribute – at The BOS.

Presented by St. Lawrence Radiology and Rez X Racing. Sponsored by 103.7 BOB-FM, The Brockville Recorder & Times and CKWS-TV. Friday, October 16th racing starts at 7:00 and features the DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Street Stocks. DIRTcar Big Blocks, Sportsman Modifieds, Vintage Mods and the Lifetime Cemetery Memorials and Personal Touch Car Cleaning & Detailing 40 lap 4 cylinder invitational take the spotlight for a 4:00 green flag Saturday, October 17th.
