Ostella Completes Season with Career Best 2nd Place

Saturday’s Firestone Indy Lights Auto Club Speedway Foundation 100 brought plenty of heat with air temperatures in excess of 100 degrees and track temperatures approaching 140 degrees at the drop of the green flag. But David Ostella managed to keep a cool head, save his tires, and work his way through the field to a career-best second-place finish.

Nissan Deltawing head to Petit Le Mans

The team behind the radical Nissan DeltaWing has declared it has ‘unfinished business'...  after being unceremoniously shoved out of the famous Le Mans 24 Hours in June, the fans' favorite will return to finish what it started at the event's little brother, Petit Le Mans. The pioneering, dart-shaped Nissan DeltaWing, which captured the hearts of 240,000 Le Mans 24 Hour fans three months ago, will race again at next month's American Le Mans Series (ALMS) finale at Road Atlanta, USA, on October 17-20.

Laperle Claims Second Straight Castrol Title

St-Eustache, QC – St-Denis, Quebec’s Patrick Laperle claimed his second straight Série ACT Castrol Championship with his fourth win of the season in the St-Eustache 300 at Autodrome St-Eustache on Sunday, September 16. Laperle cruised to the win leading the final 50 laps of the event after getting by Jonathan Bouvrette who held on for second. Karl Allard climbed his way back to third after bringing out a caution on lap 277 and restarting at the rear.Dany Trepanier and Patrick Hamel completed the top five.
