O'Brien Recovers to Score Sixth Place Finish at Brockville

May 27, 2013- After earning his first win of the 2013 season at Brockville just a week ago, Danny O'Brien and his team were looking forward to going back to the track to try and make it two in a row.  They also planned to attend the opening night at Cornwall Speedway after last weekend's 100 lap Canadian Nationals Series race had been postponed.

Fowl Mood Racing Getting Closer to First Win of 2013

May 28, 2013- After starting the 2013 season at Brighton Speedway with three consecutive fourth place finishes, Phil Potts and the Fowl Mood Racing Late Model team were anxious to get back to the track once again, looking for just a little more.  Potts also had a special mid-week event at Can Am Motorsports Park on his scheduler earlier in the week, and Stu Archer returned to competition with his Canadian Modified at Brighton.

Cool Night Brings Out Hot Racing Action at Brighton Speedway

May 27, 2013- On a brisk May evening, Campbellford Chrysler and CBM Aggregates presented a complete race program at Brighton Speedway.  All five Brighton Speedway divisions were in action plus the Larry's Towing Spectator One on One races fascinated fans and justified the cool battle.

Busy Victoria Day Weekend for Arbuthnot Racing

May 22, 2013- With the Victoria Day Holiday weekend, Ryan Arbuthnot and the Arbuthnot Racing team had a busy schedule planned out last week.  First up was the second week of the season at Brockville Speedway, followed by the season opening 100 lap Mr. DIRTcar/Canadian Nationals Series race at Cornwall Motor Speedway.  From there, the team would make a quick stop back home, and return to the highway for the long journey to Merrittville Speedway for the second round of the Mr. DIRTcar 358 Modified Series.

South Buxton Won't Let Vandalism Stop Racing Action

Merlin, ON- South Buxton Raceway was victimized by a wild vandalism spree overnight Sunday-early Monday. The track ambulance received the most damage, with many of its contents either stolen or destroyed, plus heavy damage inside the driver's compartment. The water truck, tractor and other equipment was damaged and windshields smashed on several pieces of equipment. Blake Outhouse thought the damage would cancel racing for one, if not two weeks, but thanks to the support from drivers, crews, fans, etc.... we're racing this Saturday!

Eaton Motorsports Earns Twin Top 10s at Brockville

May 20, 2013- The first two weeks of the 2013 racing campaign are now in the books for Darrick Eaton and the Eaton Motorsports team.  They opened up the season at Brockville Speedway on Saturday, May 11th with a sixth place finish, and improved on that this past weekend with a fourth place result.

May 19, 2013 : The long holiday weekend in May a very exciting time of the year, as it gets the racing season into overdrive with every local track now open.  Mohawk International Raceway in Hogansburg, New York was my destination of choice on Friday night, with Brockville Speedway and Cornwall Speedway filling out the rest of my weekend plans on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
