The defending division champion once again showed speed through qualifying, kicking off the night with a fourth-place finish in his heat after starting sixth. The momentum carried over to the feature as he made his way through the field to score his second victory of the year.

With two feature wins locked up so far this year, he will look for a third in his next event at Sauble Speedway on Saturday, July 22.
