Power Strong in SUNY Canton Shootout at Can Am Park

May 27, 2013- It was all set to be a busy weekend for Jessica Power and the Power Racing team.  It started last Wednesday with a mid-week special at Chapman's Can Am Motorsports Park in Lafargeville, New York, and back at Can Am again on Friday night, before returning to Brockville Speedway on Saturday night, and ending with Cornwall Speedway on Sunday.  Those plans were altered drastically as Mother Nature played havoc throughout the weekend.

Arbuthnot Impressive at Brockville with Third Place Finish

May 27, 2013- With the 358 Modified and the Vintage Modified both in action on Saturday night, it was going to be a busy evening at Brockville Speedway for the Arbuthnot Racing team.  Ryan was back looking to improve on his finishes from the previous two weeks, while Steve Arbuthnot had his Vintage Modified at the BOS for the first race in the Ford Dingwall Vintage Modified Series.

Strong Start Tempered by Bad Luck for Breen

May 27, 2013- It has been a good start to the 2013 season for Dylan Breen, and this recent string of bad luck over the past two weeks will not keep the team down as they look ahead to the upcoming weekend.  The car has been fast with each outing, and despite the bad luck, optimism remains high during this breakout season.

O'Brien Recovers to Score Sixth Place Finish at Brockville

May 27, 2013- After earning his first win of the 2013 season at Brockville just a week ago, Danny O'Brien and his team were looking forward to going back to the track to try and make it two in a row.  They also planned to attend the opening night at Cornwall Speedway after last weekend's 100 lap Canadian Nationals Series race had been postponed.

Fowl Mood Racing Getting Closer to First Win of 2013

May 28, 2013- After starting the 2013 season at Brighton Speedway with three consecutive fourth place finishes, Phil Potts and the Fowl Mood Racing Late Model team were anxious to get back to the track once again, looking for just a little more.  Potts also had a special mid-week event at Can Am Motorsports Park on his scheduler earlier in the week, and Stu Archer returned to competition with his Canadian Modified at Brighton.

Steele Cruises to Impressive Win at Merrittville

THOROLD, ON -  Chris Steele made short work of an abbreviated field of Modifieds to capture the 35 lap Modified Feature on a chilly night at Merrrittville Speedway on Saturday, May 25th. The versatile Steele, from Fenwick, who came up through the Mod Lite ranks and is the defending sprint car champion at Ohsweken Speedway, started sixth in the 15 car field, which has been decimated recently by blown engines and other mechanical woes, but still featured the top runners in the division.
