In this episode of Inside Track TV, reigning Delaware Speedway champion Andrew Gresel returned to Sauble Speedway on August 5, 2012 for the speedplant's crown jewel 'Beat The Heat 150' event. After employing a conservative approach though the first 100-laps, Gresel came alive in the final 50 circuits, turning in a dominant performance for his 2nd Beat The Heat 150 win in 3 seasons. We caught up with Gresel in tech lane where he explained exactly how much work went into making sure the car was race ready, what it means to win at his former home track and how he feels about his chances for a second straight Delaware track championship.
