MIRABEL, QC - JUNE 3, 2012 - Following a podium finish at the opening race of the season, DJ Kennington and the #17 Castrol Edge Dodge team were looking for another strong outing at the second event of the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series at Circuit ICAR in Mirabel, QC.  Kennington would lead the race in the early going and come home with his second top five finish in as many races.

MONTREAL, QC - JUNE 3, 2012 - Scott Steckly driver of the 22 Racing/Canadian Tire Dodge started the Lucas Oil Grand Prix presented by Budweiser from the pole starting position and battled back from an early race penalty to finish 3rd. Steckly was one of 24 drivers who elected to practice on Saturday on a wet track in preparation for a possible rainy race day on Sunday.

MIRABEL, ON - JUNE 4, 2012 - After a top ten finish in their first race of the season, Robin Buck and the #66 Quaker State Dodge team were looking to take another step forward as they returned to Circuit ICAR in Mirabel, Quebec to compete in round two of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series.  Buck was the defending race champion at the event, but on an afternoon where he looked to be on his way to another promising finish, damage from an incident involving others would end their day prematurely.

MIRABEL, QC - JUNE 3, 2012 - Mother Nature was the top villain at this weekend's NASCAR Canadian Tire Series ICAR Grand Prix, where Ron Beauchamp Jr. and his #60 Mopar Parts/Mobil 1/Exide Batteries Dodge crew had to adjust to inconsistent weather conditions to snag a top ten finish at Circuit ICAR.

MIRABEL, Que. (June 2, 2012) – The weather would not cooperate with the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series on Saturday at Circuit ICAR. A persistent rain all morning and afternoon forced the cancellation of qualifying for the ICAR Lucas Oil Grand Prix presented by Budweiser.

TROIS-RIVIERES, QC - May 30, 2012 – The Mirabel event was not in Jean-Francois Dumoulin's 2012 calendar. Continuously searching for major partnerships to participate in the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series road circuit and Montreal's Nationwide events (August 18th and 19th), it is with our partners' support that the eldest of the Dumoulin brothers will be on the track alongside Louis-Philippe at the ICAR Lucas Oil Grand Prix presented by Budweiser.

FRASERVILLE, ON - Throughout its brief five year history, the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series has more often than not come to the season’s final event at Kawartha Speedway with the top spot in points still up for grabs. 

The opening round of the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series season took place this past Sunday at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Robin Buck in the #66 Quaker State Dodge battled all weekend and while they came away with a hard fought top ten finish, it still left the thinking they could have done even better.

BOWMANVILLE, Ont. (May 20, 2012) – J.R. Fitzpatrick ended a 20-winless streak to pick up his first win since July 25, 2010 – and it wasn't easy as he held off D.J. Kennington in the final turn at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park to win the Vortex Brake Pads 200 in the season-opener for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Sunday.

Louis-Philippe Dumoulin will begin his first complete season in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series this weekend in Bowmanville, Ontario. A road course synonymous of success, it is with confidence that he will be at the wheel of the n°47 WeatherTech Canada/Bellemare car. The 2011 Rookie of the Year NCATS champion will be at the wheel of a Dodge Challenger (Chassis-Leavitt 2010) : "The practice sessions on May 10th went well. We were amongst the fastest. There were a lot of caution flags but in a short period of time we were able to make several improvements to the car. We are satisfied with the performance of the car and are looking forward to take the wheel this weekend," he mentioned.
