The 30 lap A-Main for the RUSH Late Model Tour was led to the green flag by John Waters and Ward Shell with Waters into the lead with Randy Hall taking over second with Shell, Dennis Lunger Jr and fast timer Colton Ledingham racing in the top five early on. Ledingham would pass Lunger to take over fourth place on lap two as Bryce Davis would clear Lunger to move into fifth place on lap four. Bryce Davis would continue to trek towards the front of the field as Davis cleared Ledingham for fourth and then passed Schell for third and then passed Randy Hall to take over second on lap nine. The restart would see Waters and Davis jump out into the lead with Dennis Lunger taking over third as Hall had issues going into turn two. Jeff Dayman hit the front straightaway wall to bring out the caution on lap twelve. Waters would open up his advantage over the rest of the field as the race neared the halfway point. Rob Pietz took a wild ride down the back straightaway to bring out the caution on lap 14. Pietz was able to rejoin the field. The restart would see Waters and Shell on the front row with Waters jumping into the lead. The yellow lights would come back on just as the halfway signal was being displayed as a multi-car pileup occurred in turn three. The cars involved included Eric Wilson, Ken Winfield, Luke Carleton and Rob Pietz. Wilson’s night was done as he needed assistance to get back to the pits. Tour points leader entering the night, Max Blair went pitside to change a flat tire. The mid-race restart would see Waters take off into the lead as Bryce Davis and Dennis Lunger Jr moved into second and third with Colton Ledingham taking the fourth spot back from Shell. Ledingham would pass Lunger for third place on lap 20 after Lunger went over the edge of turn two.
