@ACTTour • Plattsburgh, NY – Williston, VT’s Brian Hoar scored his record 41st career American-Canadian Tour (ACT) victory in the Fall Foliage 200 at Airborne Park Speedway on Saturday, October 3.

Hoar inherited the win after Patrick Laperle was disqualified in postrace technical inspection for a violation of ACT’s Koni shock rule. Nick Sweet finished second with Alex Labbe completing the podium.

Dany Trépanier finished ninth to clinch his first Série ACT championship, while Wayne Helliwell Jr. took a commanding ACT U.S. Tour lead after rival Joey Polewarczyk Jr. was felled early by a suspension malfunction. Jason Woodard was the overall winner in the Tiger Sportsman-Renegade Team Challenge Twin 25s.

The Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing takes place October 16-18 at Thompson Speedway. The event will feature 15 different racing divisions including the championship race for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. The American-Canadian Tour will also return to TSMP for the first time in 23 years! Click on the banner below for ticket, camping and event info!
