Halifax, NS – (July 30, 2022) – Cory Hall (Jolicure, NB) scored his first career East Coast International Pro Stock Tour victory Saturday evening in the BJs Truck Centre 150 at Oyster Bed Speedway.
Hall battled through a green flag run encompassing two thirds of the race with championship leader Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) with Hall ultimately pulling away with less than ten to go in the race. Slaunwhite was second with Mike Rodgers (Moncton, NB) also scoring a career best third place run. Greg Proude (Springvale, PE) was fourth with Darren Mackinnon (Charlottetown, PE) fifth.
Premier Dennis King gave the command to start your engines and waved the green flag to commence the BJ’s Truck Centre 150 this evening at Oyster Bed Speedway.
Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races kicked off Pro Stock action on the track. MacKinnon, Slaunwhite and Russell Smith Jr (Lakeside, NS) won their Atlantic Tiltload heat races which set the field for the BJ’s Truck Centre 150.
Mike Rodgers took home the Kenny U Pull Hard Charger award. Slaunwhite won the R&D Performancentre Most Laps Led Award. Mike Duskey (Albany, PE) was the Fleet Brake Atlantic Lucky Dog winner.
The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour is taking a week off to prepare for the Summer Clash 250 – where one driver could walk away with over $33,000 in their pocket!
