SPEEDWAY 660: Double-whammy weekend on tap

Fans can expect intense racing action when Speedway 660 opens its gates for an exciting double-whammy-weekend. Sportsman drivers will compete in the Martin’s Home Heating Firecracker 150 at 7 p.m. on Saturday, followed by the Enduro 200 at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

BROCKVILLE: Ferguson shocks Sportsman field

BROCKVILLE, ON - On a night where the first four members were inducted into the Brockville Ontario Speedway Hall of Fame, it was a local teenager that stole the show. Rookie Johnathon Ferguson scored his first ever Sportsman feature win on Saturday night at the Beast of the East.

HUMBERSTONE: Report & Results July 13, 2012

PORT COLBORNE, ON - Starting on the front row for the 25-lap COSCO HAULAGE DIRTcar Sportsman series at Humberstone Speedway on Friday, July 13, was Jeff Armstrong with Dave Flannigan Jr. alongside of him. On the drop of the green flag from starter John Veach, Armstrong had the early lead coming out of turn two but it was Flannigan with the point coming across the start-finish line to lead lap one.

The 2012 Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Day Celebrations and an exciting Weekly Points Series event get underway Saturday at 7 p.m. Fans will see racing in five competitive divisions and a fireworks show after the last checkered flag of the evening.
