Twin Wins for Distaulo in Montreal

Montréal (Québec), June 9, 2013.- The Lombardi Honda Racing Team and its driver Benjamin Distaulo won both Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC) races presented this weekend as part of the Grand Prix du Canada.  Podiums also achieved by Jérimy Daniel and Benoît Gagnon solidify an outstanding weekend result for the Montréal team.

Boisbriand (Québec), June 4, 2013.– Rémy Audette will contest the Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC) races and the Formula Tour 1600 races as part of the Formula 1  Grand Prix du Canada at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. CTCC To Salute Bob Armstrong in Montreal

Toronto, ON, June 4, 2013 - Racing at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve always creates special memories but this weekend will be unique for CTCC participants as they commemorate the life of Bob Armstrong who recently passed away. He will always be remembered as a tremendous competitor on the track and a passionate worker behind the scenes. To honour him in Montreal, each car will display a decal with the number 33 which was Bob's usual competition number.

Bowmanville ON.-  Canadian Tire Motorsports Park was the host of the season opener for the Canadian Touring Car Championship Rounds 1 and 2. Last year's 2012 Touring Car Champion  Damon Sharpe, driver of the #84 Honda Civic Si, was poised to pick up where he left off from 2012 and keep his win streak alive. With new teammate Vic Simone in the #85 Honda Civic Si back in the series from a long hiatus he is also looking for a solid finish.
