Layoff Levels Playing Field as the OSCAAR Mods Head to Barrie Speedway
June 14, 2013- It will have been 26 days since most OSCAAR Modified drivers sat in their cars come Saturday night at Barrie Speedway. Most series regulars have had nearly a full month to tinker and make changes following their opening day results at Sunset Speedway. The extended time for adjustments should level the playing field for round two of the 2013 campaign as everybody took the opening race to see their equipment in race action for the first time.
The OSCAAR Modified Series begins its Sophomore Season this Weekend at Sunset Speedway
Just one year ago, the OSCAAR Modified tour was preparing for its first ever race at Sunset Speedway. Twelve months later, the tour has grown immensely. Over the course of one season, the series demonstrated its competitive nature to fans all across the province. Three races have been added to this year's schedule, which has grown to 15 races at seven different tracks.
