I can only hope the super show on Sunday isn't a joke too. I'll be at Merritville Saturday. The king of wings at Oswego could kill the car count. The fact that I live in Toronto means for the same money I can get general admission to the Honda Indy. Sorry Bill you lost me This weekend.

While I have certainly enjoyed the Toronto INDY road race on many an occasion, I think 3 Super heats and a feature will be a better value for my $35.  That and the always entertaining Vintage mods should be pretty good.   ISMA normally puts on a pretty decent show on at Cayuga.  Lets hope that with all the racing that is happening on July 12th that many, many fans make Cayuga their choice.  Notice I said HOPE before you flame me!  I was at Oswego on Saturday and many of the people I spoke with will be making the trip from Oswego to Cayuga.

I think the ACT race at Kawartha on the 12th will draw a lot of the hard core late model fans too.

If it doesn't rain Sunday I'll be at Cayuga. Going to the INDY was a work thing that I've ducked. My finger are crossed that there will be good racing and a good field. The bonus, no country music. Maybe the next time Mr. Hill can book the other two kinds of music: Rock and Roll. My race fan friends here in Toronto though Cayuga was dead and buried. After the splash the new owner made, nothing much was heard.

It's not going to...ISMA's franchise system ensures decent car counts at their events.

all I can say is unbelievable! Who in their right mind will attend on Saturday when you're not sure what you going to see?. Nothing like trying to bring in a division from Quebec that nobody is familiar with in Ontario.

Nous avons essayé mais le court délai et les deux semaines chargées que nous venons de passer font en sorte que nous ne sommes pas en mesure de produire une spectacle qui répond aux normes de qualité fixées par l'administration de la série. We tried but the short time and charged two weeks we just go make sure that we are not able to produce a show that meets the quality standards set by the administration of the series. Nous sommes malheureusement dans l'obligation de décliner l'invitation de Cayuga Speedway pour le 11 juillet. We are unfortunately obliged to decline the invitation to Cayuga Speedway for July 11.

Merci aux pilotes qui ont offert leur soutiens. Thank you to drivers who have offered their support. Pour les autres qui étaient dans l'impossibilité de le faire, soyez assurés que votre dévouement pour votre série n'est pas remis en question et que nous comprenons que vous avez aussi une vie de famille en dehors des courses. For others who were unable to do so, rest assured that your dedication to your package is not challenged and we understand that you also have a family life outside of racing.

On se dit Ă  la prochaine ! We say to the next!

For the record, it would be awesome to see the super trucks up here....just....you know, if they were scheduled in advance and whatnot

someone should definetely book them for 2010

ps: i know CCS has had them in the past, but hopefully another track can give 'em a chance as well

So what's going to happen next a Cayuga Hoedown Speedway. Is Saturday dead for racing? I hope Sunday isn't going to be messed up.
