got thinking today after treating myself to a relatively expensive Stihl AM/FM radio and hearing protector ( Swedish made headset radio $89.95 at Windmill Power Equipment in Dundas)  as to how many of our tracks use FM transmissions of the announcing teams to help fans listen while the race is on? I know Clinton Geoffrey has got Ohsweken, Humberstone and Merrittville set up this way. Do you folks know of any others using FM?
(the unit has an input jack for use with an MP3 player so I'm going to see if it'll work with my scanner)

Delaware did, I don't know if they still do or not.

that right Jason. I forgot that, but a buddy at the Cdn Tire Race said the p.a. radio broadcast wasn't working during the 200 lapper. Maybe the electronics were taken over via the tv folks that night

Brighton does.

Delaware must, or their announcing team would not be able to do what it does.

South Buxton did at some point, but I was told their FM transmitter was hit by lightning.
