Sure I'd help Ross out because he doesn't argue with me.

Its next to impossible to argue with someone that makes sence.

come to barrie, we need some good tech.

Thanks Jim, but if I ever leave here it will be back to working on cars in the pits. That's where I've had the most fun. Besides, there are a couple of people who are near and dear to my heart that would appreciate my help.

Is Ross one of them?  Wink

Sure I'd help Ross out because he doesn't argue with me.

How do you get off so lucky?? I think you need to spill yer secrets bruce! (or broose as Lery put it)

Steve,

It's really easy. Whenever I get into an arguement or discussion with someone, as soon as they tell me I don't know what I'm taliking about, I agree with them and admit that I'm the dumbest son of a bitch in the world. That generally ends the discussion.

Often it's not what we say, so much in the way we say it and there is always someone who will take what we say and blow it away out of proportion and react badly to what was said.

Racers have a strong passion about racing and anything that looks like it is bad for racing generally gets a negative response very quickly.

Most people would do well to listen to you and your ideas.

this is a true story. when i worked in corrections a guard said to a very high up superior" how would you like to f off" to make a long story short. the boss  tried to fire him but it was determined that the guard was just being inquisitive and just asking a simple question. had he said "f off" he would have been canned. this story leads to how bruce always says" its not what you're saying, its how you say it" LOL

Hi Ross,

First of all, you have only seen me run twice - once at the sunset invitational (which I spanked you hard and finished in the top 10, while you finished LAST.  Second occasion was at peterboro - where I have only raced once before.  At Peterboro you finished in front of me as I missed 5 laps after Jim's unfortunate ride with the wall and just before Larry's accident which I would have been involved in (Thanks Dad).  Even after all being put to the back after all cautions - I passed you each and every time.

Experience is a huge factor in racing.  Money is also necessary.  I don't claim to know you or give two ****s what you think.  But I know that 95% of all users on this site will agree with me that you need to stop bashing everyone and everything involved with racing.  Maybe you need some 'me' time, and some deep breathing techniques.

I finished 5th in points this year, and 6th last year ( and not with a 10 car count)  - I would hardly say an easy accomplishment.

Looking foward to the next Sunset invitational so I can spank you again!

much love

Larry NO  602  Crate   motors at sunset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is Sunset sitting on the fence here???You got 6 other tracks in southern Ontario running it,if you think the 529 crate did anything at all for racing, your wrong, ask anyone who runs it!!!!
You are not being a leader,so you might aswell follow. If Fred was still there, iam sure he would have a different point of view.
But,i guess he doesnt own a race car that races at sunset, and worries about it getting beat by a 602 crate...................... Shocked Shocked Shocked
