"your car and engine together" and include me in the package and its still worth less, right? Wink I'll beat you to your response, it was worth more without me in the package..

Considering Barrie and Sunset seem not to be going the 602 dirrection, does that mean we get to race each other all year at KD?

Let me be 1 or 2 years ahead of the time, and the first to say it.

Quite here, so I'll rant about how stupid it is to go with no camshaft rule

1. Every guy out there with a stock lift cam now has to toss his valve train and spend well over 150 bucks on a cam alone

2. Big cam, means big money in valve train to keep up with it. Now the expensive springs and light weight big dollar valve train is not an advatange, but a necessity.

3. Someone is going to have a custom grind that they luck into that kills the rest. WE don't have money to test 20 differnt grinds to hit on the one that works. So what, one guy hits it, and what do the rest of us do, keep swaping cam to we figure out what the heck he's got, at over 150 bucks a pop?

4. Unlimited cam means its going to respond better at higher RPM. Now it means the more expensive your bottom end, the more it pays off, and the more that guys without 10K into their motors get screwed.

Ya want unlimited rules? You think you are good? You got it, its out there, its called Super Lates. Go play with the big boys instead of trying to get an advantage for youself in the little leagues, beating up on guys without the knowlege or the funds. Its getting really pathetic.

Unbelieveably stupid....

I could say the same about you in regards to Super Lates.... Want unlimited rules go run with the big boys..

Maybe its time after 9 years to stop beating up on guys with $2500 dollar cars, and run where you are sending this class anyhow, or is it better just to buy the easy win? Mayhew, Baker, Ryens beat me outright with skill and experince. I know a certain someone that went from racing near me at one invitational, to holding off Duecette at the front of the pack for many laps at the next. Differance was the parts that went into the car... I can understand someone like that wanting it to be about parts and money, and not on the track driving....

Why do you need a cam to beat me and my $2500 dollar car anyhow? I can put as much on Visa as the next guy, you are making the answer to that come down to who's smarter, and will walk away...

Varney Speedway.........
Another track who is going with the 602 crate for the thunders..Get with the times, sunset speedway!!!!You seen it today at Bsw meeting, they are not changing anything, and said follow us,if you like.....Barrie`s rules have always been left field, thats great, works for them,Sunset needs to do there own thing....jmo
The 602 crate is the future of street stock racing, the 529 crate was a mistake in some tech dept over-sight. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
